The Red Land Youth Baseball Constitution (a.k.a By-Laws) spells out the duties and responsibilities of the directors of the board, the definition of membership, election procedures, meeting requirements such as quorum, etc.
The Constitution of Red Land Youth Baseball remains in effect from year-to-year, without requiring annual adoption by the membership or the board of directors. However, the board of directors should review the Constitution annually for any possible amendments it may wish to propose to the membership.
