
Becoming a Coach
#RLYB excitedly welcomes anyone who wants to become a Coach! Whether you volunteer to help out at practice, become an Assistant Coach, Team Parent, or a Head Coach, it is a wonderful experience collaborating with others who are all "in it" for the same reasons - the love of the game of Baseball, and the desire to share that experience with our children.
Steps to Become a Coach
1. When you register your son or daughter, indicate on the registration form that you would like to Coach
2. Review RLYB's Volunteer Policy*
3. Complete Pennsylvania Background Check Requirements*
4. Complete online training regarding safety and concussions via the #RLYB Website*
5. Attend #RLYB meetings & Coaching clinics
6. HAVE FUN!
