Red Land Youth Baseball (RLYB) offers Cal Ripken affiliated Youth Baseball for ages 4-12 and Teeners Baseball for ages 13-18.

Division determined by age on May 1 of the respective season. Please see ages for each division below. Please click for rules for each division below.
Tee Ball -> 4-6 Year Olds (3 year olds that will turn 4 by August 30 may sign up for T-Ball)
Coach Pitch -> 6*-7 Year Olds
Hybrid ->  7*-8 Year Olds
Minors ->  8*-10 Year Olds
Majors -> 10*-12 Year Olds
Teeners ->  13-17 Year Olds

Example: T-Ball is ages 4-6 and Coach Pitch is ages 6-7. 6 Year olds are a cross-over age. If registering for the upper level at the minimum age, the player must have played at least 1 year at the previous level.

Example: If at 6 year old is registering for coach pitch, they must have previously played 1 year of T-Ball. Under certain circumstances, players may be given permission to “play up” a level or “play down” a level outside of the playing age guidelines set forth in Section 1 of this Article. All requests to do so must be in writing and approved by the Board of Directors. The player’s grade in school and ability should be considered in the decision to allow to play up a level. For example, a 10 year old who turns 11 shortly after May 1st will be allowed to play with his classmates in his grade. Division Coordinators shall also have the right to suggest players “play down” a level if it is deemed that a player’s ability necessitates such a move for the player’s safety.
